Ne confruntam des cu problema vanzarilor din Facebook. De ce am investit o suma de bani in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.silkweb.ro\/facebook-ads\/\"><b>Facebook Ads<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si nu am avut vanzari?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exista o tendinta generala de a compara rezultatele din Google AdWords cu rezultatele din Facebook Ads. Daca din Google am vanzari, din Facebook de ce nu am?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai intai, trebuie sa intelegem comportamentul utilizatorilor pe Facebook pornind de la comportamentul fiecaruia dintre noi. In general, oamenii nu intra pe Facebook pentru a-si cumpara un generator de curent, faianta pentru renovarea baii sau mobila de bucatarie, insa pot constientiza ca au nevoie de un anumit produs care mai apoi sa il cumpere direct sau prin intermediul altor canale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.silkweb.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/facebook-ads-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"776\" height=\"437\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea, Facebook este o punte spre conversie. Este o scurtatura spre destinatia finala. Este important sa fii prezent exact acolo unde potentialii tai clienti ar putea alege scurtatura oferita de tine spre produs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand vor avea nevoie de produsul tau isi vor aminti de tine. De aceea, intr-un limbaj mai tehnic spunem ca Facebook asista conversii. Acum este timpul sa vedem care sunt cele 5 probleme si solutiile lor ale vanzarilor din Facebook sau ce se afla in mintea clientilor tai atunci cand se afla pe aceasta retea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Nu intra pe Facebook sa cumpere vreun produs.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand comparam Facebook Ads cu Google Adwords, vorbim despre doua tipuri de marketing: Pull si Push marketing. Pull marketing reprezinta Google Adwords si este un mijloc de atragere al clientilor exact in momentul in care utilizatorul cauta un produs, prin urmare, acesta este foarte aproape de decizia de cumparare. Marketingul prin Facebook Ads este push marketing si se refera la faptul ca acestei persoane i se afiseaza reclame atunci cand nu se afla in cautare de produse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa cum am mentionat, este oportun sa fii prezent pe acest canal deoarece fiecare etapa de cumparare in care se poate afla clientul tau il ajuta pe acesta sa faca pasi importanti spre conversia finala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iata trei faze in care poti sa il surprinzi pe utilizatorul tau pe Facebook:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>#1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Poate reclama ta genereaza primul contact al clientului tau cu produsul, iar la al patrulea sau al cincilea contact utilizatorul va face conversia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>#2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Poate utilizatorul a luat deja contact cu produsul prin alte canale (TV, radio, Google etc.), iar reclama ta ii intareste dorinta de cumparare sau ii reaminteste de acel produs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>#3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate utilizatorul a uitat ca are nevoie de acel produs sau este in ultima faza de convingere, iar reclama ta il va aduce exact acolo unde trebuie, adica in magazinul tau, pentru a incheia procesul de comanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea este important sa fii prezent pe acest canal, indiferent de faza de cunoastere a produsului tau de catre client. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solutia: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arata-le ca au nevoie de acel produs. Arata-le care sunt beneficiile pe care le are produsul tau si cel mai important &#8211; cum poate sa reprezinte rezolvarea potrivita pentru problema lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Nu le atrage atentia reclama<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu respecta anumite criterii reclama ta poate sa treaca neobservata prin fata clientului tau in timp ce da scroll pe news feed. Pentru vizualuri alege elemente care sa transmita ceva. Alege imagini reprezentative cu produsul, alege un continut clar si un format potrivit (banner, carusel, video etc.) Nu il speria cu mult continut, cu mult text. Atrage-l printr-un emoji reprezentativ sau printr-o intrebare. Nu le place abordarea comerciala<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu intotdeauna functioneaza butoanele de \u201eCumpara acum\u201d, \u201eProfita\u201d, \u201eE ultima oferta\u201d s.a.m.d. Daca vei reusi sa il faci pe utilizator sa se opreasca din scroll si ii vei atrage atentia prin produsul tau isi va dori singur sa intre pe site, sa consulte informatiile si sa il cumpere fara sa faci tu apel direct la actiune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solutia: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schimba abordarea comerciala cu una prieteneasca, incearca o abordare conversationala cat mai aproape de limbajul clientilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Nu au incredere in produsele promovate pe Facebook<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu acceseaza un magazin online si vad toate semnele ale unui astfel de magazin s-ar putea sa nu le inspiri credibilitate. In plus, unde mai pui faptul ca inca mai exista temeri din partea unei anumite categorii de persoane in ceea ce priveste cumparaturile online?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solutia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Arata-le ca si alti utilizatori le folosesc. Nu cunosc detalii despre produs\/ Produsele li se par scumpe<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu numai ca l-ai deranjat pe utilizator din momentele sale de relaxare cu o reclama, timp in care poate ar fi vrut sa vada o noua poza din vacanta prietenilor sai, dar i-ai aratat un produs extrem de scump pe care nu si-l permite. Este recomandat ca produsele vandute pe Facebook sa fie cat mai accesibile la pret. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solutia: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizeaza o reclama care sa ofere acele informatii importante de care are nevoie utilizatorul. Incearca vanzarea de produse cu un pret mai mic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestea fiind spuse, intelegerea comportamentului utilizatorilor pe Facebook ne va ajuta sa ne imbunatatim strategia de creare a campaniilor pe Facebook.
